Who We Are

Hi, I’m Steph! I founded LFT with a mission to help leaders support the wellbeing of their teams while achieving meaningful business results.

I bring two decades of progressive management and leadership experience in service-based industries, spanning multi-unit operations, HR management, and marketing strategy. The most important thing I’ve learned is that engaged employees drive business success.

Having spent much of my career building structures and processes from scratch for founder-led organizations, I deeply understand the unique struggles that small to mid-size businesses face with fewer resources, smaller teams, and the necessity for people to wear many hats to get the job done.

My vision is to help leaders create workplaces that are not only successful, but that they feel proud of.

I hold an MBA and MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
