Who We Are
Hi, I’m Steph!
Having spent most of my career building teams and processes from scratch for founder-led organizations, I’ve learned that engaged employees drive business success. But it requires something that many businesses don’t have: A strategic alignment of leadership, structure, and culture.
I bring two decades of management and leadership experience in service-based industries, spanning multi-unit operations, HR, and marketing. I deeply understand the unique struggles that small to mid-size businesses face with fewer resources, smaller teams, and the necessity to wear many hats to get the job done.
My vision is to help leaders create workplaces that are not only successful, but that they feel proud of.
I hold an MBA and MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
