Hi, I’m Steph!

I started LFT to help leaders approach leadership, people/HR strategy, and organizational effectiveness more intentionally.

With over 15 years of leadership and management experience in service-based industries, I’ve seen firsthand how leadership shapes culture, engagement, and performance. I’ve learned that engaged employees drive business success—and leadership is what makes that possible.

Much of my career has been spent developing strategies, structures, and processes for multi-unit organizations during start-up and growth phases. Working in environments with lean teams, limited resources, and high expectations has given me a deep understanding of the realities leaders face when balancing people needs with business demands.

My vision is to help leaders build workplaces that are not only successful, but that they feel proud of.

Credentials: I hold an MBA and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
