Who We Are
Hi, I’m Steph! I founded LFT in 2023 with a mission to help leaders support the wellbeing of their teams while achieving meaningful business results.
I bring nearly 20 years of management and leadership experience in service-based industries. The most important thing I’ve learned is that engaged employees drive business success.
Having spent a decade developing strategies, structures, and processes for multi-unit SMBs in startup and growth phases, I deeply understand the unique struggles that small businesses face with fewer resources, smaller teams, and the necessity for people to wear many hats to get the job done.
My vision is to help leaders build workplaces that are not only successful, but that they feel proud of.
I hold an MBA and MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
