Who We Are
Hi, I’m Steph! I founded LFT in 2023 with a personal mission to help more leaders support the wellbeing of their teams.
I have 17 years of management and leadership experience in the service sector, spanning operations, marketing, and HR. For 10 years, I built and implemented structures and processes for multi-unit SMBs in the growth phase, specializing in internal & external customer experiences.
I deeply understand the unique struggles that small to midsize businesses face with fewer resources, smaller teams, and the necessity for people to wear many hats to get the job done.
I’ve also experienced the power of organizational development, and its transformative impact on efficiency, performance, engagement, retention, and the overall wellbeing of the people that make the business a reality.
In 2020, I returned to school to learn more about how to help move the needle forward in creating better workplaces. I hold an MBA and MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
